Jasmine Crockett released a viral Love Island USA parody video trashing the Trump regime’s budget reconciliation package, labeling it the Big Ugly Bill.
Using reality television confessionals and the format from Love Island’s movie night, Jasmine shared her criticisms of the legislation.
“The Big Ugly Bill has been a total red flag from the start. Yes, I know I’m calling it ugly … because it is ugly.”
“They ripped healthcare away from more than 5 million people. Now, millions more are stuck paying higher premiums.”
The video cut to Love Island-inspired B-roll with the show’s announcer, Iain Stirling, teasing a “front row seat” for the drama.
In a video montage, Jasmine clocked the “lies” and “fraud” from the bill.
During her confessional, Jasmine spoke directly to the camera. “All of y’all who can’t afford healthcare now, thank the Big Ugly Bill.” She added that SNAP benefits were taken away when recipients only received $6 a day in the first place.
“They’re out here giving tax breaks to the wealthy, funding reckless mass deportations, and acting like that’s helping working families.”
