Dancing With the Stars pro Gleb Savchenko responded to Maura Higgins, who said she’d “be happy with anyone except Gleb” as her pro partner for season 35.
The Love Island UK breakout star who went on to compete on The Traitors US is sticking to girl-code. “I’m loyal, and I’m friends with Brooks.” Never forget, Gleb hooked up with his partner, model Brooks Nader, which didn’t end well.
Gleb gave a statement to The Daily Mail about Maura’s negative commentary about him. “Until I was asked to comment on this story, I’d genuinely never heard of this girl, Maura. So I’m certainly not going to lose any sleep over the opinions of someone I’ve never met.”
The long-time pro who appeared at DWTS Con in Palm Springs thinks, “It’s odd to publicly attack someone you’ve never even met. But if that’s how she wants to make headlines before the show starts, that’s her choice.”
Gleb concluded, “I’ll stay focused and leave the unnecessary drama to everyone else.”
