Real Housewives of Potomac stars Gizelle Bryant and Dr. Wendy Osefo are trading shade for script lines in their upcoming appearance on CBS’s Beyond the Gates — a juicy soap set in an elite Black community just outside Washington, D.C.
The drama follows the Dupree family, a powerhouse dynasty wrapped in secrets, status, and scandal. Think Housewives, but scripted — and with even more skeletons in the closet.
Daphnée Duplaix, who plays Dr. Nicole Dupree Richardson, spilled the news that the ladies of Potomac will make their guest appearances later this fall.
“It’s going to be great because it brings authenticity to the setting of Fairmont Crest… and so I think it’s going to be fun for the fans,” Duplaix said.
And she’s not wrong. With Potomac itself being part of the show’s setting inspiration, it’s only right that a few RHOP icons pop in to stir the pot.
