Next Gen NYC star Gia Giudice won’t stop trying to get her felon father back in America, despite being convicted of multiple charges of fraud.
Joe Guidice was sent to prison after exercising his Sixth Amendment right to a fair and speedy trial, unlike those kidnapped, trafficked, and/or murdered by the ICE Gestapo.
In an interview with The Daily Mail, Gia said her dad is “doing great” in the Bahamas, but Gia wants him home.
“We just filed a humanitarian packet, trying to do everything we can to get him pardoned and hopefully come back, or even just on visitation. We’re still actively working through that and everything we can.”
“I think any family would want their dad home. Any daughter/child would want their family home. So, still doing whatever we can.”
This isn’t the first time Gia has tried to get her dad allowed back in the States after committing crimes as an illegal immigrant. She posted a TikTok with a voiceover pleading for her dad to receive special privileges. “My name is Gia Giudice. I’m the daughter of Joe Giudice.”
