Real Housewives of Beverly Hills‘ Erika ‘Jayne’ Girardi is in between a rock and a hard place regarding designer Marco Marco‘s lawsuit against her.
Attorney Ronald Richards took to social media to explain EJ’s current legal status.
From the desk of Ronald Richards:
“Marco Morante moves for default against Erika Girardi, aka ERIKA JAYNE, LAIA RIBATALLADA and MICHAEL MINDEN.”
He continued, “The previous unauthorized motion to dismiss filed by Jim Wilke’s associated counsel is not being recognized by the Plaintiff and probably the Court.”
What does this mean? “Erika is facing complete disaster in this case,” as per the practicing attorney. “This aggressive default motion could be the end for Erika in this case.”
ICYMI:
Earlier this month, Ronald gave an update on Marco Morante‘s Florida lawsuit against Erika Girardi. She is represented by her legal benefactor, Jim Wilkes.
His motion to dismiss was stricken back in March. “She, through Wilkes, has now hired an attorney for a limited appearance to file a new motion to dismiss. Jim has filed a declaration, and so has Erika. They are both below and entertaining and legally pathetic at the same time.”
“Erika’s new attorney has wishfully assumed that the Court’s prior striking of the prior motion does not preclude a new motion to dismiss. For whatever reason, Morante’s attorneys didn’t move for default. Why not? They are not providing a reason for not doing so for now.”
“Does Morante want this case going on as long as the $25m fraud case against Erika? Jim has wisely given the torch to new counsel that didn’t drop the ball in the Florida case. Can’t wait to see where this lands. The case has literally been stalled for two months.”
