Real Housewives of Orange County‘s Emily Simpson revealed she thinks she and her bestie, Gina Kirschenheiter, are low-ranking Bravolebrities.
Author/podcaster Danny Pellegrino interviewed the RHOC stars on the red carpet at Elton John’s Academy Awards Viewing Party and learned about their perception of the pecking order at Bravo.
In the basement, not the penthouse:
Danny Pellegrino asked, “Did you film for the upcoming Ultimate Girls Trip?” Emily revealed, “We were not invited to that.”
“Breaking! Hip and Casita weren’t there,” Danny announced.
Emily looked at the glass half full. “We did get invited to this.” Gina agreed. “Yes. We are here.”
“We are here,” reiterated Emily, staying positive.
Gina joked, “But we weren’t there.”
The Everything Iconic host wondered if they had “Any hard feelings” about not being included in Girl’s Trip, which features 20 years of Housewives.
Gina declared, “I’d rather be here” at Elton John’s Academy Awards Viewing Party.
“Even though we’ve been on for eight years,” Emily lamented, “we’re still at the bottom of the totem pole.”

“Hip and Casita” – as Danny Pellegrino coined Emily and Gina – were in good company at Rocket Man’s soiree.
Elton John and David Furnish hosted alongside Neil Patrick Harris and David Burtka.
