Real Housewives of Orange County‘s Emily and Shane Simpson learned about themselves and each other when filming Wife Swap: The Real Housewives Edition.
The swap:
Emily’s aha moment was realizing how much her husband contributes to the household. “I learned how much Shane does. To me, that’s just normal. So, I know there’s a lack of recognition in how much he does.”
“Eric really opened my eyes to the fact that Shane does so much because he does so little. But I also felt like Eric was endearing, and he wanted to change. I felt like he wanted to be a better husband. He wants to be a better dad. He didn’t know how to do it.”
The future of Wife Swap:
“I would absolutely” be on Wife Swap again. “I feel like it was such an amazing experience and I only took good away from it. I learned a lot about myself.”
Emily would “pay money” to see Heather Dubrow do the chores she did in her swap house. “In her Chanel boots,” she chuckled.
