Even though his brother is crushing it this season on Dancing with the Stars, Dylan Efron’s famous older brother has yet to cheer him on from the sidelines.
But according to Dylan, there are no hard feelings.
“Hey, he’s doing his thing,” Dylan told Extra after the Tuesday, October 21 live show.
While Zac hasn’t been there physically, Dylan confirmed his big bro is “supporting me every day.”
Fans were sure Zac would make a surprise appearance during Disney Night — especially since the High School Musical star will forever be remembered as Troy Bolton.
We all could’ve “bet on it,” but sadly, that manifestation didn’t come true.
However, Dylan teased that another Efron sibling would step into the spotlight for Dedication Night.
Their younger sister, Olivia, joined Dylan and his pro partner Daniela for a heartfelt performance — and there wasn’t a dry eye in the ballroom.
Now that we’re more than halfway through the competition, Dylan doesn’t seem to be going anywhere anytime soon.
So maybe, just maybe, we’ll see Zac in the audience before the mirrorball trophy is handed out.
Or maybe that’s just our collective millennial longing talking…
