Drew Sidora is having a week…and not the good kind.
The Real Housewives of Atlanta star has been ordered to vacate the Georgia home she shares with estranged husband Ralph Pittman, per court docs obtained by TMZ.
According to the ruling, Drew must be out by May 31.
Until then, the exes will continue splitting household expenses due to what the judge described as their “current financial circumstances.”
As for the kids, Drew and Ralph will share joint legal custody.
Ralph has been awarded primary physical custody during the school year, while Drew will have parenting time on alternating weekends starting in August.
ICYMI: Ralph is currently living in the basement of the home, but is permitted to come upstairs to help get the kids ready for school.
The custody shift reportedly comes after concerns over excessive school absences while the children were in Drew’s care.
Prior to this, Drew had primary custody.
The divorce itself is still ongoing, and Drew’s rep is making it clear this isn’t the final chapter.
“This matter is still being actively litigated, and is in the middle of the final trial. The Second Temporary Order is, in fact, temporary, and does not reflect the final outcome of the case,” her rep told TMZ.
