Real Housewives of Miami‘s Dr. Nicole Martin and singer Robbie Williams made a major real estate transaction.
According to The Robb Report, Nicole and her fiancé, attorney Anthony Lopez, sold their fully reimagined Coral Gables waterfront estate in a $40M off-market deal.
Dennis Carvajal with ONE Sotheby’s International Realty represented the seller, while the buyer was represented by Chad Carroll at The Chad Carroll Group of Compass.
The buyer is British music superstar Robbie Williams. The ‘Angels‘ singer reportedly plans to relocate his family of six to Florida following the sale of his Beverly Hills mansion to Drake for $75 million.
The property:
Nicole and Anthony purchased the one-acre peninsula property in the prestigious Old Cutler Bay enclave in 2022 for $21.5 million. The couple spent two years gut-renovating the residence, which was prominently featured on the popular Bravo franchise.
The transformation, along with Florida’s electrified ultra-high-end real estate market, more than doubled the value of the home. A new benchmark was set within the exclusive waterfront neighborhood, landing at roughly $5,000 per square foot.
At almost 20K square-feet, the smart home has seven bedrooms, seven full bathrooms, and two powder rooms. Interior spaces are designed for both everyday living and large-scale entertaining. A chef’s kitchen boasts three Sub-Zero fridge/freezers, a movie room, a gym and a massage suite, a bar, and a temperature-controlled wine cellar. Additionally, there’s resort-style pool, fire pit, pizza oven, cabana bath, and summer kitchen. It offers 435 feet of water frontage and a 75-foot dock. A custom-lit 18-car garage rounds out the amenities.
