Former Real Housewives of Miami personality Lenny Hochstein was hit with three more medical malpractice lawsuits.
As per The Miami Herald, Lisa Hochstein‘s ex is being sued by a law firm that declared, “Size Matters.”
Orlando-based Morgan & Morgan filed a trio of medical malpractice lawsuits filed against Dr. Leonard Hochstein. The first lawsuit against Dr. Hochstein is also using the services of Morgan & Morgan.
Lenny texted the Miami Herald Thursday morning. “These are allegations, not facts. I am fully prepared to defend myself and expect to prevail in all three cases.”
Dr. Hochstein is represented by Brian Engel of Fort Lauderdale’s Lubell Rosen firm in the 2025 lawsuit. The response for Hochstein filed in that case denies all allegations in that complaint.
His Florida Department of Health online information says he’s been licensed in Florida since November 1995 and has a clean professional discipline record. The American Board of Plastic Surgery verifies he’s been board certified since 2001, and his current certification runs until 2031.
That online DOH profile also shows, since March 2023, three liability claims against Hochstein settled for $250,000 and one settled for $177,500. “Settlement of a claim may occur for a variety of reasons that do not necessarily reflect negatively on the professional competence or conduct of the physician.”
The website continued, “A payment settlement of a medical malpractice action or claim should not be construed as creating a presumption that medical malpractice has occurred.”
