Actress/returning Real Housewives of Beverly Hills personality Denise Richards may end up keeping all of her OnlyFans earnings, much to her ex Aaron Phypers’ chagrin.
The battle of the OF earnings continues:
Aaron asked the court to grant him half of her OnlyFans earnings, but he missed a deadline, as per reports from TMZ.
Denise says Aaron’s request should be denied because he failed to file an updated income and expense declaration with the court.
Per the outlet, the judge hasn’t yet made a ruling.

Aaron claimed he was entitled to half of Denise’s money from the site.
Since Aaron “helped [Denise] to build her OnlyFans account,” and he holds “the intellectual property rights to most, if not all, of the pictures that are in use on her page,” he wants a piece of the pie lol.
OnlyFans subscription-based adult site, brings in up to $300,000 per month for Denise, according to Aaron’s computations. However, Denise hasn’t divulged how much the site brings in. In a 2025 interview, she said OF is “quite lucrative.”
Aaron further alleged that his estranged wife “has cut me off from accessing that joint income that we earned together.” So, he asked the judge to grant him half of the OnlyFans income. “That is our joint income. We built and earned [it] together, since I took the photographs and own the intellectual property rights.”
“I do not believe this constitutes spousal support, but a property right to half of the jointly-earned OnlyFans business income,” he added in the docs.
