More details from The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives star Taylor Frankie Paul and her ex, Dakota Mortensen‘s multiple DV incidents were shared by Utah police.
According to a report from the Draper City Police Department, police opened a domestic assault investigation on Feb. 23. Dakota’s friend reported that he had “been the victim of a domestic violence assault by an ex-girlfriend at her Draper residence.”
Dakota’s claims against Taylor:
Per the report, Dakota told police that there were “two incidents of physical assault involving ‘grabbing, scratching, shoving, and striking.'” The report notes that police obtained photographs of Dakota’s “neck scratches.” TFP’s baby daddy added that he was “apprehensive” to report the incidents due to Taylor’s “high public profile.”
The report adds that police were investigating an accusation of domestic violence in the presence of a child. Draper PD confirmed to PEOPLE that “no charges have been filed.”
Police did not specify who the accused was concerning the accusation of domestic violence in the presence of a child. However, a video was leaked to TMZ of Taylor throwing chairs at Dakota while her daughter was in the room. It was reported Taylor’s daughter was left with a “goose egg” injury on her head from the metal chair.
