Ciara Miller is giving context to the viral photo of her captured outside a Hermès store in New York City.
The Summer House star went deeper with Hunter Harris — the journalist who penned her Glamour feature.
In Hunter’s Substack post, Ciara explained how the photo came to be.
“I was supposed to be meeting my friend at Pastis, and it’s 12:45, and I’m like, ‘I cannot be sitting at this lunch while I’m reading this f’ing statement. I’ll lose my f’ing mind,’” Ciara recalled.
“My manager was down the street and came and met up with me.”
Ciara admitted she debated going home after West and Amanda’s statement dropped to avoid exactly what ended up happening.
“Honestly, I was on the phone with Paige [DeSorbo] for a while, and I was like, ‘I don’t even know what the f*** to do. I’m in public,’” she shared.
“I was going to go home, and then, honestly, the photo was snapped faster than I could even make it home.”
She added:
“I was like, ‘How chic of it to be Hermès in between Hermès and Brunello Cucinelli. It’s honestly just so funny. I didn’t mean for it to be right outside of Hermès, but chic nonetheless, I have to say.”
Since posting their joint announcement on March 31, West and Amanda have debuted their relationship at a Yankees game.
YES Network even caught their first PDA moment, which of course went viral.
And yes, this all happened the same day as Ciara’s Glamour feature.
Go figure.
