Christine Quinnโs estranged husband,ย Christian Dumontet, accused theย Selling Sunsetย alum of refusing to answer questions as part of their bitter divorce.
Us Weekly reported, “He demanded she be sanctioned.” On June 6th, Christian filed a motion to compel Christine to provide further responses to a series of questions.
Christian wants answers:
Christine’s ex claimed she’s refused to โrespond to the most basic discovery.โ Also, he’s alleged she’s only provided โboilerplate objections without any substantive responses.โ
Christian believes Christine’s โrefusal to respond substantively effectively seeks to deny [him] the ability to fairly and effectively prosecute this dissolution proceeding.โ
In his filing, Christine’s moves were called โwillful and without justification.โ He said he tried to work out the issues with her, but she is โstonewallingโ him.
Christian asked the court to โput an end to the gamesmanship.” His lawyers asked [Christine] to provide complete responses within 30 days. They also ordered Christine (who is self-represented) to pay $5,590 in sanctions.
On the list of questions that Christian sent Christine, he asked her to provide a list of all third parties who provided her support in the past 12 months.
Christine wants privacy:
The model’s team objected to the request. It โappears to be an attempt by [Christian] to look for, continue to monitor, or keep [Christine] under surveillance.โ
Christian wants a list of people Christine provided support to for the past 12 months. That includes any people that she shares her home with, information on her current income in the past 12 months, and all income earned in the past three years.
Additionally, he asked her to turn over tax documents for the past three years and a list of her assets and debts.
Never forget, Christian was arrested for domestic violence in March 2024. Christine took their son and moved to Texas.
