HGTV’s Christina Haack settled her divorce from her third husband, Josh Hall.
Us Weekly reported how the pair’s assets were divided.

Christina will keep her mansion in Newport Beach, multiple homes in Tennessee and her business.
The mother of three will return a 2022 Bentley, but keep two 2021 GMC Yukons, her 2021 Polaris Razor, and four quads. Christina will also maintain all of her bank accounts.
The deal revealed the Flip or Flop alum paid her ex a one-time payment of $300,000.
Josh got a home in Tennessee, a condo in Tennessee, and land in California. He will also keep furniture, a 2021 Bentley, a 1970 Chevelle, a 1982 DeLorean, a 1947 Dodge, and a Hondo Motorcycle.
He’ll keep all interest in his company, and will not have to pay back the $100,000 that Christina provided him during the divorce. Additionally, Josh will maintain his several bank accounts.
Remember when Josh requested spousal support?
Despite Josh requesting a monthly check from Christina in his original petition, both parties waived their right to spousal support. FYI, the exes did not sign a prenuptial agreement before getting hitched.
Christina scoffed at Josh’s request for monthly spousal support. She claimed he diverted money from a rental property she owned, which Josh was managing, to a personal account after their split. She told the court Josh had income and didn’t need support from her.
