Brit Eady filed a lawsuit against Bravo TV for the disturbing events that occurred at Kenya Moore Hair Spa’s opening party.
According to reports from TMZ, the season 16 Real Housewives of Atlanta personality was “falsely yet unmistakably implied” it was her in the bl*w job pic. Brit claimed she’s not the person in the NSFW photo after all.
Brit asked for $20 million in damages.
Details of Brit’s lawsuit against Bravo:
The RHOA star filed the lawsuit Thursday against Bravo, its parent company NBCUniversal, and its production companies — Truly Original and Endemol Shine North America — claiming they “knowingly misled the public. “
The lawsuit alleges “defamation, intentional infliction of emotional distress, sexual harassment, and more.”
Brit is now asking Bravo for the immediate removal of the episode from public access and at least $20 million in damages.
The one-season wonder blunder filed her lawsuit the same dayย she said on social mediaย she was not the star of the NSFW posters.
