Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum Brandi Glanville got real about her ex-husband, Eddie Cibrian, failing to “support” her amid the health struggles she’s had the last few years.
On the I Do, Part 2 podcast, Brandi explained that her 20-year-old breast implants “were making me sick” and her ex wasn’t there for her.
Brandi’s support system:
“I went to 21 doctors,” began the former RHOBH star. “I’m telling you, [it cost] $200,000. I had insurance, but the people at my insurance, Kaiser, let’s just say, sucks.” Brandi recalled “paying out of pocket to see specialists, infectious disease doctors, rheumatologists. Every doctor you can think of, I saw.”
“My sons [that she shares with Eddie] have been there. They’re 18 and 22, so they’re grown,” she said, referring to Mason and Jake.
When asked whether Eddie came to “support” her at all, she said, “No. He has not [shown support]. But, we are getting along. That’s all I can ask for. We are together on holidays.”
She noted, “I missed a few because I was ill and it sucked to not be with my boys. I literally would lay in bed for four days straight.”
Apparantly, Eddie’s new wife hasn’t exactly jumped in to help amid her health journey. “I mean, they have me over for the holidays,” Brandi said after making a face when Leann’ name was brought up. “I talked to her at Christmas a little bit, but I hadn’t told anyone about my breasts yet.”
The former reality star revealed that her sons, however, did tell Rimes about the breast implants so the musician did bring it up in conversation. “She’s like, ‘So it’s your breast implants?’”
“I’m like, ‘No.’ I looked at Mason. He’s like, ‘What, she got it out of me,’” Glanville said with a laugh. She joked she will “never” tell him anything again.
