Blake Robertson, a contestant on season 4 of Netflix’s The Ultimatum: Marry or Move On, was arrested after filming the reality dating series.
TMZ reports Blake was arrested in October 2025 in Nacogdoches, Texas, for allegedly putting his hands on his girlfriend, Hayley Hendrich, whom he appeared on the show with.
However, the reality star’s attorney, Sean Hightower, told the publication:
“Blake’s case was rightfully dismissed by the prosecutor almost immediately, and all records were expunged.”
Hayley also confirmed she declined to press charges.
She says she had private conversations with Blake about the incident, but still believes accountability needs to be taken publicly as well.
ICYMI: Season 4 of The Ultimatum: Marry or Move On was filmed in the spring of 2025, with the new season premiering on July 15.
Hayley entered the season with Blake, who issued her an ultimatum because he believed the logical next step in their relationship was marriage.
However, Hayley was hesitant due to Blake’s lack of emotional vulnerability.
The couple ultimately left the season together, though this arrest suggests they don’t appear any closer to walking down the aisle.
The season 4 reunion premieres Wednesday, July 22.
