The houseguests compete to win the power of veto; during the veto meeting, the winner of the competition can keep nominations the same or save someone from eviction for the week.
In case you missed it:
At the nomination ceremony, Chelsie revealed the digital portraits of Kimo and Angela as her nominees. She restated that she wanted to give them a chance to play in the veto competition and asked that they don’t take it personal. In her diary room session, Chelsie said that Kimo is not the target and that she’s not worried if someone comes down because she has Leah as an option to go up as the replacement.
