Former Real Housewives of New York star Bethenny Frankel revealed she’s suffering from a bacterial infection she contracted in St. Barts that left a rash on her face.

The RHONY alum posted another TikTok video. She said she was “itching” to get herself and her 15-year-old daughter, Bryn Hoppy, off the island full of 20-year-olds dropping tens of thousands of dollars and vaping. “I didn’t like having my daughter there.”
According to the philanthropist, St. Barths was filled with people who are too “focused on where they should be rather than where they are.”
“Every day you go to either a beach or a beach club at a hotel and it would be the ‘Hunger Games’ of fashion and money. No one is just dressed casually. I went swimming in the ocean and got paparazzi’d and looked like a drowned rat because I wasn’t wearing couture to the beach.”
A gut feeling came before the bacterial infection:
“I felt like a bad parent because I just don’t want her to think that this is reality.” The Skinnygirl founder didn’t feel the actions on the island reflected “good values” for her daughter.
“The minute we got there I started to feel anxiety. I just did not feel like I made a good choice for myself and for Bryn.” B continued, “I didn’t want to be there. I just had a bad feeling the whole time.”
Bryn and Bethenny ended up leaving the island ahead of schedule.

B gave her TikTok followers a Taste of Reality about St. Baths during the winter holidays. “Don’t believe everything on social media,” seemingly about the array of A-listers on the island.
It was reported that Leonardo DiCaprio, Heidi Klum, Natalie Portman, and Camila Cabello were all seen on the island last week.
Influencer Alix Earle and former professional football quarterback Tom Brady were spotted getting cozy.
