Carrie reports Ellie to Aesha for telling her to do less work. Aesha tells Ellie to only give Carrie assignments when she’s on break. Ellie feels like a third wheel and fears she’s about to be demoted.
Joe talks about Ellie, Bri, and Carrie like they’re Goldilocks, saying Ellie was too stuck up, Bri was too sensitive, and Carrie seems just right. He doesn’t return to Ellie, who he was dancing with, and beelines to Carrie.
Sandy confronts Chef Jono after a nearly fatal “screw up”. Captain Sandy says serving the guest raw fish was a fireable offense, but she doesn’t fire him because there’s no chef available to replace him.
Sandy disengages the anchor from the boat with help from the deck team. Joe Bradley helps ensure that a team can find the anchor and bring it back.
Aesha threatens to fire Bri over laundry issues. Aesha says Bri does cabins well and does well with breakfast service, but laundry is her Achilles heel.
