Love Is Blind’s Nick Dorka Said He Was “Married” While Asking America To Get Him On The Bachelor

Love Is Blind‘s Nick Dorka told two different tales regarding his marital/dating status. LiB audiences saw Nick fall in love with Hannah Jiles on season 7 of Netflix‘s hit dating show.

A married Bachelor?!?!

TMZ‘s paparazzi asked why Nick chose to find love in the pods, rather than go on a show like The Bachelor. “That’s next. Come on, America. Vote me in.”

Proving he understands the assignment, TMZ’s pap asked, “I thought you were married, bro?”

Nick grunted, “I am married.”

The reason Nick chose to go on LiB is, well, they asked. Apparently, producers “slipped into [his] DMs. I had always been a fan of the show. So, I was like, ‘F*ck it. Why not? They shot their shot and they hit.”

“I guess they like the vibe/persona I give off. I’ve got good style. I found someone.”

“As of this year, I bought my own place. I was living with my parents to save money [and] be financially responsible. I’m in a good spot now, man.”

Life outside the pods:

Fans witnessed Nick and Hannah hit a rough patch on the show. During their vacation to Mexico, Hannah read aloud a list of red flags she noticed about Nick after she claimed to get an “ick” from Nick riding a fake duck in the sand.

Naturally, Hannah’s pros and cons list about Nick left him feeling insecure about their relationship. Nick told Us Weekly that Hannah’s reaction to the duck incident (that also involved a hot 60ish year old woman) “was blown out of proportion a little bit.”

Nick put himself in Hannah’s shoes. Also, I “understand why she got a little bit upset, but it was harmless and I was just having fun and I wish the situation went a little bit different. But, I see where she’s coming from.”
