The season six Real Housewives of Salt Lake City reunion was so explosive that host Andy Cohen ended up walking off the stage due to his frustrations with the cast.
The reunion, which begins on Tuesday, Jan. 13, features Bravo executive Andy Cohen discussing season 6 with cast members Lisa Barlow, Mary Cosby, Heather Gay, Angie Katsanevas, Meredith Marks, Bronwyn Newport, Whitney Rose, and Britani Bateman.
All is calm on the western front at the top of the trailer:
The preview began innocently enough with Heather shutting down rumors of a romantic relationship with Below Deck’s Captain Jason Chambers.
Britani holds a teddy bear wearing an “Emotional Support Bear” t-shirt from her on-again boyfriend, Jared Osmond.
It got spicier:
Later, Lisa says it’s “not her fault” that her “gout dick sucker” comments about Bronwyn’s now-estranged husband, Todd Bradley, “went viral.”
Speaking of Bronwyn and Todd, the sophomore season Real Housewife announced, “Todd and I are separated” to Andy and her stunned castmates on the reunion stage. (Which was leaked to a tabloid by someone on set.)
This is when the tide officially turned:
Lisa cried as Andy tells her that it “seems like” her husband, John Barlow, “likes to embarrass you on camera.” Then, Whitney asks for “a minute” to collect herself after saying she’s “personally going through something really hard.”
Andy asked Mary about her son Robert Jr.’s current incarceration. “I’d rather him be there than dead,” Mary says through tears in the trailer.
And it all went to hell …
Tensions mounted amongst the women as they addressed what happened between Meredith and Britani on the plane ride from Canouan.
Whitney emotionally told Meredith, “You lied about me! I stand by everything that I witnessed on the plane.”
Meredith and Heather are still at odds. Meredith claimed Heather “screeched at me for two months.” In turn, Heather yelled, “F*ck you. Our friendship is over from this moment on. Buckle up, Meredith.”
The edit makes it appear that Lisa and Angie calling each other “crazy” while screaming at one another is what pushed Andy to walk off set. In an effort to “stop” the women from yelling over each other, the WWHL host became more frustrated. “I’m walking off,” he narrated as Mary asked him to stay. “No, Andy. Please,” begged Mary.
The three-part reunion begins Tuesday, Jan. 13. Uncensored and extended reunion episodes will be available to stream the next day on Peacock.
