Alexia Nepola and Todd are so back.
The Real Housewives of Miami star gave Andy Cohen an update on their relationship during Sunday night’s episode of Watch What Happens Live.
“I’m very happy,” Alexia said, adding, “We’re in a great place.”
The Cuban Barbie was delighted to share that she and Todd have finally “figured it out.”
“You know, love wins.”
Even Marysol Patton, who definitely wasn’t Team Todd toward the end of their relationship, has given the rekindled romance her stamp of approval.
Marysol revealed her “bro” Alexia encouraged her to sit down with Todd and resolve their issues because she was uncomfortable with how things had been left between them.
“He actually apologized and said, ‘You were right.’ … I was shocked,” Marysol said of their random run-in one night.
Alexia also jumped in during the Sept. 13 episode, sharing that Todd “supported the fact Marysol was a great friend” to her.

ICYMI: One theory surrounding RHOM being put on pause involved Alexia’s on-and-off husband filing a $10 million defamation lawsuit against Bravo.
However, in December 2025, Todd dismissed his lawsuit against Bravo with prejudice, meaning he cannot refile the same claims. The filing did not provide a reason for the dismissal.
