Real Housewives of Miami star Alexia Echevarria is in the news after her son, Peter Rosello, sent good vibes to KJ Biermann, who is in jail for sexual assault.
Peter encouraged Real Housewives of Atlanta alums Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann‘s son to keep his head up, despite being held without bond.
“Stay strong, lil bro,” Peter wrote to the 15-year-old Don’t Be Tardy personality who was accused of aggravated sodomy and aggravated sexual battery.
Peter continued, “Trust me, this will all pass before you know it. Blessings to you guys.”
ICYMI, Peter’s had run-ins with the law over the years. In 2012, Alexia’s son was arrested and charged with simple battery with prejudice. He was caught on video punching a person experiencing homelessness. He later took a plea deal to avoid jail time.
A decade later, Peter was arrested on a misdemeanor battery charge following an alleged domestic dispute with his girlfriend. The charges were officially dropped and dismissed after the victim declined to cooperate with the state.
KJ’s alleged crimes were documented in papers filed with Fulton County Georgia Juvenile Court. They indicate that a female classmate of KJ’s accused him of assaulting her at a Life Time Fitness in Alpharetta, Georgia.
The victim claimed to officials that, “while in a co-ed sauna, KJ forced himself on her despite her saying no.” KJ allegedly attempted “multiple times to have sexual intercourse with her by trying to pull down her pants.”
She “accused KJ of forcing oral sex and digitally penetrating her vagina.” When she “finally managed to get away from him, he pulled up his pants and left.”
