America’s Next Top Model winner Adrianne Curry isn’t hopping on the anti-Tyra Banks bandwagon.
In the wake of Netflix’s Reality Check: Inside America’s Next Top Model — which spotlights allegations of toxic treatment on the series — Adrianne took to social media to share her perspective on the show’s host.
“I have mad respect for Tyra Banks,” the ANTM Cycle 1 winner began.
“She is not sorry. She is not apologizing to you. That b—ch is not effing sorry,” Adrianne wrote on Instagram.
ICYMI: the doc features multiple former contestants, including Shandi Sullivan, Dani Evans, and Joanie Dodds, reflecting on their experiences and holding Tyra accountable for controversial moments that aired during their seasons.
Adrianne, however, doesn’t seem bothered by Tyra’s refusal to publicly atone.
“[Tyra] will not bend the knee, and I respect that,” she continued.
“I tip my hat, m’lady. Keep on being yourself — someone who doesn’t give a flying sh*t,” Adrianne concluded.
Having watched the ANTM documentary myself, Tyra arguably could not have taken less accountability for some of the show’s most criticized moments if she tried.
Which… she clearly didn’t.
