Aaron Phypers faces homelessness amid his divorce from Denise Richards.
According to court docs, Denise’s unemployed, estranged husband is “on the brink of getting evicted and becoming homeless.”
Desperate times:
Aaron explained, “I am out of money and financially desperate. I am about to be evicted from the residence in which I am living. My utilities (water, power, gas) have all been turned off already.”
The accused abuser is “being pushed out” of Denise’s Calabasas rental she used when filming Denise Richards and Her Wild Things.
Aaron owes half of $120,000 in back rent, while Denise owes the other half, as she’s named on the lease.
Previously, Denise claimed via court docs that she moved out of that residence years ago, but her ex-hubby is now arguing that because she left her 15 rescue dogs and a “substantial amount of personal belongings” behind, she is still liable for the rent.
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills personality only recently went back to the home on Sept. 15 to collect her stuff. She had to wait for a court to approve of her to do so due to a potential restraining order violation.
More accusations from Aaron:
Aaron claimed Denise stole his health treatment machine and a weight set. He claimed the actress’s father, Irv Richards, informed him that Denise planned to sell those items for cash despite allegedly not knowing their true value.
“I need that equipment in order to try to make a living, and she is preventing me from doing so.”
“My hope is to be able to use them for business purposes again to make income. Further, I do not have adequate funds to rent a moving truck to pick up the machines. Also, there is a danger of irreparable harm if the respondent carries out her threat to sell them off.”
Aaron’s coming for Denise’s OnlyFans money:
Aaron explained that aside from needing money for his everyday living expenses, he needs an additional $10,000 for his divorce proceedings.
Allegedly, Aaron and Denise had “millions of dollars” in joint bank accounts before he filed for divorce. He’s argued that because he helped his estranged wife with her OnlyFans career. Therefore, Aaron believes he has a right to the money Denise earned from the platform.
In September 2022, Denise shared on Jeff Lewis’ SiriusXM show, “Aaron takes a lot of my content for me. He knows what guys like.”
Phypers is seeking $150,000 from the joint accounts, which he said is “needed for [him] to survive, pay these debts, and be able to live safely like a normal person.”
He concluded, “There is a real danger of irreparable harm if I do not receive this, as I and my parents will be evicted and homeless with no funds to go anywhere.”
