Denise Richards’ estranged husband, Aaron Phypers, seemingly prepares for courtroom theatrics by involving actor Charlie Sheen and Brandi Glanville in his case against his ex.
Page Six obtained court docs revealing Aaron may call Denise’s first husband and her former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills co-star to testify against her.
Charlie Sheen:
Aaron’s attorney claimed the actor can speak to Richards’ alleged “history of not being truthful.
Additionally, Aaron is banking on Charlie confirming his claim that Denise abuses Vicodin and alcohol.
Charlie and Denise are on good terms, as evidenced by Bravo’s series Denise Richards and Her Wild Things. He even appeared in episode 7 with Denise and their youngest daughter, Lola Sheen.
Earlier this month, ‘aka Charlie Sheen’ was released on Netflix. Denise was interviewed and shared her love for Charlie after all these years.
Brandi Glanville:
Aaron is likely foaming at the mouth just thinking about Brandi facing Denise in court. The women have been at odds for years. Never forget, Brandi claimed she had a sexual relationship with Denise while she was married to Aaron.
Like Charlie Sheen, Aaron hopes Brandi will corroborate his claim. He wants Brandi to say Denise has a “history of not being truthful and of drug and alcohol abuse.”
Aaron quipped, “Call Brandi Glanville what you like, but she is not a liar!”
For the record, Denise has maintained she was “100% monogamous” to Aaron regarding the Brandi rumor.

In early September, TMZ reported that Denise wants Aaron and his mom, Patricia Phypers, to prove why the temporary restraining order the court ruled against Aaron should be permanent.
Denise “expects Patricia to spend an hour on the witness stand” confirming the conversations they had regarding Aaron’s abuse.
In the docs, Denise says she expects her own testimony to last around six hours. She says she expects Aaron to testify for about four hours.
