Former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills husband, Aaron Phypers, was charged with four felony counts during his restraining order hearing, at which he was later arrested.
Page Six exposed the official charges that Aaron was booked for.
The charges:
Aaron was charged with “two felony counts of injuring a spouse and two felony counts of dissuading a witness by force or threat.”
Three of the charges have an offense date listed as Jan. 17, 2022, while one count of injuring a spouse has an offense date listed as May 3, 2022. Earlier this month, Denise testified that Aaron allegedly became violent with her on multiple occasions. The dates match the dates of his new charges.
In July, Denise was granted a temporary restraining order against Aaron. She’s now seeking to make the restraining order permanent.
In addition to an incident on Jan. 17, 2022 that she alleged resulted in her getting a black eye, she also claimed that her estranged husband “slammed [her] up against the concrete wall and [her] head hit it,” in a second incident.
Aaron maintains he’s never hurt Denise:
After vehemently denying Denise’s abuse allegations, Aaron testified that he had no recollection of the black eye.
He also claimed Richards “bruised easily” and that he witnessed her getting injured “often.”
“She would bruise her arms, all sorts of stuff. She’d bruise herself while cooking … falling down,” he testified.
Aaron is currently out on bail after posting his $200,000 bond.
However, while under oath, Aaron discussed his economic instability. Denise F*cking Richards’ ex allegedly worries about experiencing homelessness as he is so far behind on bills.
