Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Rachel Zoe may be open to filming a Rachel Zoe Project reboot, if the show reflected her evolution over the years.
Rachel admitted to Page Six that she’s learned not to say never when it comes to reality TV.
“You know what I’ve realized? Never say never.” She reflected on her past choices, “Everything I’ve said I’d never do, I’ve done. So I have to not say that anymore.”
Although Rachel Zoe enjoys filming the ensemble RHOBH, she isn’t ruling out a reboot of her eponymous project. “It would be a very different show,” she explained. “The answer is, I probably would.”
However, don’t expect Rachel to invite the same type of behind-the-scenes drama that viewers saw during the original series. “I wouldn’t welcome the catty drama that ensued with certain teams,” Rachel said. “I just don’t surround myself with that anymore.”
Rachel acknowledged that she obviously didn’t intend for that type of drama to happen during the original run, adding, “Things happen as they do.” Still, she made it clear that her current circle is a much different situation.
“But I can tell you that does not happen now,” she said.
Rachel is returning to the Season 16 cast alongside new additions Leah Remini and Tracy Tutor, and she already seems to be enjoying the fresh energy. “It’s been fun,” Rachel said of filming with Leah and Tracy. “It’s been really fun. I’m all about new, and the more, the better. Everybody, welcome.”
