Re: the cartel …
On Sunday, Mexican Army Special Forces executed an operation to capture drug lord Nemesio Oseguera aka ‘El Mencho’ in Tapalpa. He died while being transported to Mexico City by the military.
The Jalisco New Generation Cartel then unleashed a retaliatory wave of violence across 20 Mexican states, torching businesses and stranding tourists who crowded the airports where flights were halted.
