ICYMI:
On Season 22 of Top Chef, the last chef eliminated was Paula Endara.
She was eliminated during the Restaurant Wars challenge in Episode 8. While the judges chose Shuai for his spotty front of house and under-seasoned food, Paula was eliminated for her soggy dessert and weak time management skills.
Imani and I hope to eat at one of Chef Shuai’s restaurants when we are in Charleston next week. We’ll keep you posted!
