Tom Sandoval blamed his now-former attorney for filing a lawsuit against Ariana Madix for finding out her life partner was cheating on her. The Vanderpump Rules villain took to his Instagram story to dodge accountability for his actions … again.
Tom’s lawsuit:
“Late Tuesday afternoon, my attorney, Matt Geragos, whose advice I trusted, called me about the Cross-Complaint in the lawsuit against myself and Ariana,” which was filed by his former side piece, Rachel Leviss. “He assured me that the action was customary and strictly preventative in these types of lawsuits and urged me to agree to it.”
The Bravo TV personality played dumb. “The words “New Lawsuit” or “Suing” were not articulated to me,” alleged Tom. “I should’ve done more of my due diligence on the matter. Upon realizing what this actually means,” [code: when he received backlash]. “I have removed Matt Geragos from my legal team. In no way am I suing Ariana. The action against Ariana brought on my behalf is being removed.”
FYI- Matt Gregaros is the brother of Rachel’s attorney, who is suing Tom for filming an explicit video of her without consent. What a wicked web they weave.
“I hold no ill will or vindictiveness toward Ariana. Now, by removing both the Cross-Complaint and the attorney who recommended it, I hope to get through this case quickly, so that Ariana and I can both finally MOVE ON with our lives.”
How has Sandoval moved on with his life?
This weekend, Tom and his girlfriend, Victoria Lee Robinson had a “couple drinks” and went on Instagram Live at 4am. Proving ‘It’s About the Pasta,’ this IG Live was a journey. And by journey, I mean a chaotic shit show … Down to Tom’s Justin Timberlake mugshot eyes and Victoria’s Marilyn Monroe wig.
Victoria slurred, “I got us a house for the weekend just to escape and chill. That’s why I got us this house for the weekend.” Pointing to a different area of the property, she continued, “My friend is right there. I got us a house so we can just chill. I got us a house so we can just chill with our friends and, like, uh, yeah.”
“Yeah,” added Tom before Victoria snapped out of her malfunction. “So we can just chill and escape and just have fun.” Sandoval started, “What I love about you, Victoria…” Again, she interrupted his tender (read, substance induced) moment. “There’s a lot of people from Australia. I fucking love Australia – I love Sydney so much. OMG I went to Sydney and I never wanted to come back.”

It’s Not About the Pasta:
In another chaotic video, Victoria told the viewers “No, we’re not on shrooms.”
“Can we not be up late and not be on something? Can we just drink? Relax guys. We’re normal people just like you guys.” Tom added, “We go out and we wear wigs.”
Victoria answered another fan who commented on their 4am state. “No, we’re not…” Tom continued, “We’re not high.” Victoria requested people “Stop with those questions. We drank tonight, we did. That’s fine.”
Tom’s girlfriend asked people to be nice in the comments. “Like, seriously.”
