The Real Housewives of Dubai will not be returning to our screens anytime soon –not right now anyway!
In an Us Weekly exclusive, it’s alleged the Dubai-based franchise will receive the “Dorinda” treatment. A source revealed the cast was told earlier this week about the hiatus.
Season two followed “the flashy, fun and fabulous” lives of Caroline Stanbury, Caroline Brooks, Lesa Milan, Sara al Madani, Chanel Ayan, and Taleen Marie.
The first season of RHODubai didn’t go over well with the Bravo masses, however season two seemingly got a better reception. At least with us anyway.
However, despite better fanfare and drama, it still didn’t land. I can’t help but wonder if the 9 PM time slot during the Bravo draught and collective fatigue contributed to low viewership numbers.
Will Caroline Stanbury and Sergio delay talks of growing their family for the third season? Will Taleen and Caroline Brooks become the new dynamic duo once cameras pick back up again?
In Case You Missed It
Over the summer, a Bravo Twitter account posted a satirical tweet that the Real Housewives of Dubai would not be returning. As fast as this tweet circulated, it was debunked just as fast by Taleen Marie.

The Dubai beauty responded with “not true” to the baseless claim (or so we thought.)
With all that said, my reality TV brain is spinning. Did anyone else immediately start to think about the possibility of Caroline Stanbury venturing back to her roots and becoming the center housewife on The Real Housewives of London? Who knows how long this pause will be for.
