Bravo TV personalities Teresa Giudice and Gia Giudice appeared on the TV Gold podcast to discuss where they are in their reconciliation process with Joe Gorga.
“You know, baby steps,” began Teresa of her relationship with her brother, whom she hasn’t spoken to in years. “What made me do this is that it started with Special Forces being away with Gia. Gia wanted me to let go of the past with her dad. When I was thinking about it, I was thinking about my brother.”
A chance run-in:
“There are incidents that have happened in the past few years or whatever. Like, for instance, like, Adriana (one of Tre’s four dorters) saw little Joey [Gorga]. They got teary-eyed. I think they hugged. It was so sweet.”
“Joey told Adriana he wanted to send Gia a message, which, you know, touched my heart. I’m like, first of all, what happens with the adults shouldn’t affect the kids. Like, for instance, he didn’t mix with my ex’s family.”
Gia chimed in:
“And I think it was, you know, even though my parents got divorced, it just never got that way. And it’s because again, you know, because of the respect.”
“They respected my mom, they respected my father, but they also loved their nieces and didn’t want the distance.
And even on my mom’s end, you know, she had to put an effort to keep relationships with my cousins and we were over each other’s houses all the time, constantly.”
