Teddi Mellencamp was spotted on a stroll with her rumored new boyfriend as she battles cancer continues the divorce process with Edwin Arroyave.
While the man’s identity is still unknown, The Daily Mail reported Teddi is officially “dating him” and very “happy.”

In a series of photos, the mystery man Teddi is dating wrapped his arms around the podcaster. He was seen going in for a kiss on her cheek. Also, he adjusted the mother of three’s baseball cap, keeping her out of the sun.

Last month, Edwin proceeded with his divorce from Teddi amid her ongoing cancer battle.
The former Real Husband of Beverly Hills exchanged preliminary financial information with Teddi. “He has produced his current income and expense declarations, a list of his assets and debts, and a list of what he believes is community property, along with a list of his separate property.”
Despite Teddi dating, Edwin hasn’t been seen on any dates.

It was revealed that Teddi cheated on Edwin with her married horse trainer … whose wife was pregnant.
The accountability coach and the professional equestrian were “together in Florida while Simon Schröeder’s pregnant wife, Karli Postel, was giving birth to their second child in California.”
“Karli thought it was suspicious that her husband was in Florida when she was giving birth. When Simon returned, Karli found text messages on Simon’s phone that exposed the affair. She confronted Simon and Teddi about it and they confessed.”
