Bravo TV executives know Summer Should Be Fun, so they are focused on making sure that season 11 of Summer House doesn’t flop like season 11 of Vanderpump Rules.
Page Six reported that “network execs are hyper-focused on the continued success of the series given the explosion in viewership during Season 10.” Much like the tenth season of Summer House, the aftermath of VPR’s scandal received a never-before-seen spike in viewership. Allegedly, “showrunners are finding new ways to prevent interest from fading.”
Some changes Summer House is already making include revamping the cast. On Pump Rules, production attempted to give Tom Scandoval a redemption arc after cheating on his life partner, Ariana Madix, with her ‘close friend,’ Rachel [Raquel] Leviss. After that plan failed, production decided neither Amanda Batula nor West Wilson would return for season 11 of SH.
It’s also been alleged that Bravo TV will be experimenting with crossover episodes featuring Bravolebrities from other shows. ICYMI, stars of Southern Hospitality and Next Gen NYC were hanging out with Summer House cast members over the 4th of July weekend. While Page Six confirmed cameras were not rolling over the holiday, “There could be some fun crossovers” that feel “organic” to the show.
Kyle Cooke – aka the ‘Kissing bandit’ – has been caught canoodling Ava Dash from Nex Gen NYC and making out with Southern Charm‘s Salley Carson.
