In a game of “Zoom In” with Glamour Magazine, the former SURver opened up about that viral season 3 scene with Scheana Shay—yes, the “I don’t know what I’ve done to you but I’ll take a Pinot Grigio” moment.
“I wasn’t trying to be funny,” Stassi confessed, recalling that a producer hyped her up after filming, saying how essential she was to the show’s magic.
However, the real shocker? Stassi doesn’t even like Pinot Grigio.
She only ordered it because it was the SUR house wine and she “was trying to be easy.”
“I always feel really guilty when people send me Pinot Grigio because I don’t like it that much,” she admitted.
So, the next time you see the NYT Bestselling Author out and about, don’t send Pinot—make it an Aperol Spritz!
