Shep Rose is ready to share even more about his life beyond the small screen.
The Southern Charm star revealed on Instagram that his new memoir, Nothing in Moderation, is officially available for preorder.
“Well. It’s here. My new book. 📕,” Shep wrote on June 10.

About Nothing in Moderation:
A candid memoir about excess, identity, self-destruction, valuing the things we have, and the difficult process of trying to change course.
“I don’t claim to have the answers, in fact, far from it. What I’m trying to tackle is asking the right questions in ways many of us never think about. Deploying all resources in hopes of a better understanding of ourselves and the world around us.
