Bre Tiesi made it clear that she’s not interested in discussing Nick Cannon‘s ex, Mariah Carey.
While getting to know Selling Sunset‘s newbie, Sandra Vergara, Bre explained how her feud with Chelsea Lazkani began over her relationship with Nick.
Nick’s offspring:
“Doesn’t he have, like, 20 kids?” Sandra asked her new colleague, Bre. Bre clarified that Nick has a dozen children … not a baker’s dozen, fyi.
Sandra referred to Nick Cannon as “Mariah Carey’s ex.” Then, she asked if Bre ever “met” the singer, 56.
“I try not to talk about my religion. I don’t talk about pronouns or Mariah. Just for the future, those are things that are my no’s.”
Mariah and Nick’s history:
The pop diva became a mother when she welcomed Monroe and Moroccan in 2011 with Nick.
The couple called it quits in 2014 after six years of marriage. They finalized their divorce two years later and have remained focused on coparenting their kids.
Mariah had reservations about Nick’s habit of reproducing. “She is high frequency, man. She always asks me, ‘You aight? You good? How you doing? You handling it all?’”
“She’s like, ‘As long as you don’t bring none of that bullsh*t to the Manor of Carey.’ Like, she lives in her own world, nothing can infiltrate that stuff. When we talk daily, she’s just checking on my spirit.”
Nick’s other baby mamas:
“Everybody lives their own life, before me and after me,” Nick told E! News in August 2024.
“I think that’s how you keep the peace and [keep] everybody moving. Like, everybody [is] worried about themselves and not worried about what someone else is [doing].”
Nick reasoned, “As long as the kids are happy and they have the strongest understanding, I think that’s what makes sense. You gotta operate out of that.”
