Next Gen NYC personality Rowan Henchy feels proud she portrayed herself honestly during her debut season on reality TV, despite critics saying she gave “nothing” to the show.
Rowan told Us Weekly, “I love the comments that are like, ‘Yes, Rowan, give us nothing.’ I’d rather give you nothing than [be] throwing stuff” at the wall to see what sticks. “It’s not in my character. It’s not who I am.”
Brooke Shields’ daughter said she wouldn’t change her non-confrontational approach, despite criticism from viewers. “I don’t really believe in regrets because I think you learn from everything that you do. I don’t regret doing anything in the season.”
“I trust my inner conscience, and I think that the way I approached this past season is admirable, maybe for myself.
“The negative comments for me don’t really bother me at all. Whatever. It’s fine. I don’t care. It’s when people come for my character [that annoy me],” Rowan explained, especially when being called “spoiled or rotten.”
