Former Real Housewives of New York star Ramona Singer can add ‘actress’ to her resume as she appeared in fawesometv.com‘s feature-length film, ‘Friendly Distractions.’
I watched for free using the above link with a reasonable amount of ads, fyi.
The movie:
Friendly Distractions was directed by Adrian Nathan Lopez and was released earlier this month.
As per the film’s IMDB page: “Follow the exploits of three single women, all friends in various stages of dating in New York City.”
“Ella, a sheltered, newly divorced housewife forced to start over, seeks a new identity and a husband if she can find one. Jenna, a successful city girl with her own internal battles, finds comfort in her demanding career while her multiple suitors and relationships take a back seat. And Janet, while emotionally intelligent and grounded, still struggles with moving on after a failed marriage.”
“When she finally does, everything changes, setting this group of friends on a wild, exhilarating ride in a race against time as they learn about taking chances, falling, and getting back up.”
Ramona’s role:
The former RHONY star played Janet’s mom, Natalie. Natalie appeared in the first scene in her NYC apartment with her daughter.
The rest of Ramona’s scenes featured her filming solo, simply speaking to Janet on the phone.
