Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Dorit Kemsley has a ton of luxury items, but nowhere to put them, as a judge ordered her to sell the family home as PK Kemsley has wanted.
Attorney Ronald Richards took to X to explain the latest in the Kemsleys’ house drama.
“Dorit agreed to sell the property. The Judge asked, “Why can’t Paul be reimbursed for any money he advances to stop the sale to secure and stabilize the property going forward?”
“Any costs or payments made by either side to secure and stabilize the property should be reimbursed. This order shall not affect the prior payments that were made by Paul. His attorneys want him to be reimbursed for the previously made payments.”
“Paul’s attorneys want Dorit to vacate, pay rent, and have the house presentable for showings.”
There was another issue at hand, related to the LLC. “It is brought in good standing. The judge is asking how much to reinstate the LLC, as the LLC is suspended.”
“The judge doesn’t know how much it will cost to reinstate the LLC versus making Paul a manager. The LLC has never filed tax returns so it could be a lot of money.”
“The Court has cut through the show like pleadings and got to the point.
PK has incurred more than $100,000 in legal fees. He claims that attorneys say this is the most valuable asset in the Estate.”
“Since the house is worth very little, this is a sad state of affairs. PK wants house listed by 10/1, vacate by 11/1.”
“Dorit then asked to address the Court. She said she tried to meet and confer with PK for the last two years. Instead of support, she says PK said he would pay all the bills.”
Dorit was asked when she could vacate the home. She said it is doable by 11/1/26.”
“The Judge said both sides are increasing the difficulty in resolving family law issues. Dorit would prefer after winter break, as its easier to uproot her kids.”
Stay tuned for more on this developing story.
