Paul ‘PK’ Kemsley is fighting for joint custody of his kids amid his divorce from estranged wife Dorit Kemsley.
The battle commences:
Page Six reported, “PK disagreed with Dorit’s previous request for sole custody of their two children — son Jagger, 11, and daughter Phoenix, 9 — instead asking to be granted joint custody.”
“PK waived his right to spousal support and asked that the court terminate her request. Additionally, he wants each party to pay their own attorneys’ fees and legal costs.”
The exes cited “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for their split. There is no prenuptial agreement in place, according to TMZ..
“We have had our struggles over the last few years and continue to work through them as two people who love each other and share two amazing children together.”
This isn’t the first time PK took action against Dorit:
PK went on the record that he is not an alcoholic despite Dorit telling everyone, including the milkman, that he was.
The businessman was “shocked, disappointed, and upset” after his estranged wife called him an alcoholic repeatedly on RHOBH.
“First of all, I’m really proud and public about my sobriety. I’m 12 months in two weeks.” PK noted that he’s had a “very emotional, tough journey” to get sober. So, it surprised him that Dorit used that as a talking point on RHOBH.
Never forget, Dorit alleged that PK was “pouring alcohol” on his problems within their marriage. “It got very very, very toxic” because PK is a “full-blown alcoholic.”
PK is back in the saddle:
The Beverly Hills Hotel resident was spotted making out with The Amazing Race alum, Shana Wall, last month.
The pair was caught canoodling outside of Cipriani’s, a notorious hot spot where paparazzi lurk. (I def get the feeling PK wanted to be seen!)
