Summer House star Paige DeSorbo revealed why she stayed in a relationship with Craig Conover as long as she did.
In an interview with Vulture, Paige detailed how she gave Craig “so much grace” in their three-year courtship, especially when it came to his texting other women.
Calling Craig out:
“Honestly, I don’t know if it was platonic or anything more,” declared Paige.
“Should I have broken up with him a year and a half ago when I saw him texting hearts to a girl? Probably.”
Paige didn’t break off their relationship, despite his actions. “I loved him, and I wanted to marry him.”
Post-breakup drama:
Paige was spotted with Klutch Sports executive Joe D’Amelio, prompting cheating that Craig didn’t denounce. Meanwhile, Paige “caught” Craig “texting two bitches in the course of our relationship.”
While the Summer House cast remained loyal to Paige, not all of Craig’s co-stars sided with him in the breakup.
Southern Charm beauty, Venita Aspen, mentioned that she felt Craig was “milking” the breakup. Venita noted Paige isn’t “running around doing all these PR moments. She’s trying to let the situation die. He’s still doing that. We understand your heart is broken, but you’re dragging this out. Let it be as clean of a breakup as it can be.”
Jarrett ‘JT’ Thomas weighed in on Paige dumping Craig. Paige was criticized for choosing to tour with Giggly Squad rather than go on a cast trip with Craig. JT declared, “Can’t blame Paige at all.” He added, “Also, love to see her and Hannah Berner continuing to grow and succeed in life. 🚀”
Craig’s friend/co-star, Madison LeCroy, accused Paige of ghosting her … even after she announced her pregnancy.
