Bryson Bryant, the eldest son of Real Housewives of Atlanta alum NeNe Leakes, is facing more legal troubles.
TMZ obtained court records showing Bryson was booked on May 1, 2026, and is currently being held in a Georgia jail.
His charges include failure to pay child support, probation violation, and failure to appear.
His bond is reportedly set at $27,000.
ICYMI: The probation violation stems from a 2024 case in which police say Bryson was found in possession of fentanyl.
During questioning, officers alleged that he identified himself as Brentt Leakes, the name of NeNe’s younger son.
Ultimately, Bryson was charged with providing a false name to law enforcement and possession of a controlled substance.
He later reached a plea deal in which the drug charge was dropped and he was sentenced to 12 months of probation.
As part of that agreement, Bryson was ordered to pay a $500 fine, complete 40 hours of community service, submit to random drug testing, and undergo a substance abuse evaluation.
According to court documents filed on June 2, Bryson allegedly violated multiple terms of his probation, including failing to report to his probation officer, complete the required substance abuse evaluation, perform community service hours, and make payments toward his fine.
