The Southern Charm alum is engaged to businessman Billy Haire, Senior Vice President of Digital Sales & Partnerships at Minute Media.
Naomi shared the happy news on Instagram on December 28, posting photos from an intimate outdoor proposal.
“The luckiest girl in the whole wide world,” she captioned the moment.
