Former Real Housewives of Salt Lake City star Monica Garcia welcomed her fifth child to the world.
The one-season wonder shared her news with her Instagram followers.
Monica is already a single mother to four daughters – Bri, 19, Jaidyn, 14, West, 8, and Kendall, 7 — whom she shares with her ex-husband, Mike Fowler.
The RHOSLC alum shared her pregnancy news:
Monica’s fifth child is with her boyfriend, Braxton Knight. She told Braxton she was pregnant when the couple took a trip to Disneyland. “I told him while we were on Peter Pan, flying over NeverLand.”
However, suffering her miscarriage on the heels of a tumultuous season of RHOSLC made her world crumble. “The entire time I was going through all of that, the world chose to spit on me and continue to kick me while I was down.”
“The accusations of me lying about a pregnancy and miscarriage that I received daily while dealing with such an unexpected loss was a pain that I will never forget. I was losing a baby while being shredded apart by some of the most awful comments I’ve ever had said to and about me.”
Despite it all, she thanks God for being there for her. “I’m grateful for those that have stood beside me, to the amazing fans, and loved ones I do have in my life, but that miscarriage was my lowest point with being in the public eye and I wasn’t going to put myself through that again, for the sake of the pregnancy and the baby.”
