Monica Garcia is backing her former costar amid ongoing claims of alcohol and substance abuse.
The RHOSLC alum posted an Instagram Reel on January 2, spilling alleged tea about a different housewife — one she believes actually has substance abuse issues.
Monica captioned the video:
“When everyone wants to accuse Meredith of being an alcoholic but she wasn’t the one that was taken away in an ambulance to the ER for alcohol poisoning and demanded the footage never be shown and cast stay locked in their rooms while she got wheeled away to get her stomach pumped.”
She added the hashtags #TeamMarks and #NotWhitney.
Through a process of elimination, it doesn’t appear to be Lisa Barlow, who has largely been on Meredith’s side regarding the allegations.
Britani Bateman wasn’t on the cast at the same time as Monica, and Angie K hasn’t been the target of alcoholic accusations.
My guess is she’s pointing the finger at Heather Gay.
Monica and Heather have had ongoing issues dating back to Monica’s Beauty Lab + Laser lawsuit, followed by Heather allegedly threatening to quit the show if Monica returned.
Monica has also claimed that Heather encouraged the other women to band together to push her off RHOSLC.
The mother of five has made it clear that 2026 is her year of speaking up.
“It’s a new year, let’s see what happens,” she said on January 2.
One of Monica’s biggest gripes is that the women are just as messy as she is.
However, she’s seemingly held to a much higher standard.
